Regarding the fact that JYP Entertainment had to receive dozens of 1-star reviews on the review page, some former employees who used to work here left a pretty bad "review" about this company.

"Even 1 star is not low enough for your company. I don't understand why they are in the top 3 in the industry. It's suspicious."

"I won't recommend this company. My experience (with the company) is a waste of my time."

"It's not a company where everyone is treated fairly. Employees have a hard time not because they're not qualified, but it's because the company treats qualified and educated employees unfairly."

"This is the reason jobs are always delayed. Instead of creating weird programs, companies should raise employees' salaries. "

*Advantages: - After moving to a new office building, food quality has improved.

- The company has its own building, with an elevator. They have their own restaurant. There is a cafe on the first floor.

*Defect: - The people called leadership, management, and in charge of business are trash. If all goes well, they will receive achievements and if something goes wrong, they blame others.

- There are so many things that I can't write them all. Age and rank discrimination is very serious.

- No communication together, no communication. Taking public transport is not comfortable. The salary is very low but the workload is too much. Work-life balance is just too bad. Very few days you don't have to work overnight or overtime. If they call you to work, you will have to come to the office immediately.

- Ancient system. The company still uses paper to write notes.

* What you want from the company:

- I wish that the company will listen to all employees when something happens, not just the superior management teams. Advancement will only be possible if it escapes 80% of the management of superiors.

- Nothing. Have a nice day.

- Don't just listen to employee complaints, find a way to deal with them. Tried but no results.

- I want you to think about why the company's turnover is so high? The staff could hardly stand it.
