The number of views was obtained by the music video "Dynamite" on Sunday at 12:26 KST.
"Dynamite" is a music video released by BTS on August 21, 2020 at 1:00 PM KST, so it successfully won these 800 million views in just 5 months and 3 days since its release.
"Dynamite" is now the music video of the group K-Pop, which achieved the fastest 800 million views on YouTube, thus surpassing the music video BLACKPINK "DDU-DU DDU-DU", which reached 800 million views in 10 months and 26 days.
"Dynamite" is also the sixth music video for BTS, which surpassed this number, right after the music videos for "DNA", "Boy With Luv", "Fake Love', "MIC Drop" and IDOL.
