 Former SISTAR's Soyou recently gained public attention for her diet success. 

Through her YouTube channel, Soyou posted the latest video containing tips for implementing her own diet. 

She also revealed the amazing results of her diet, which are flat stomachs and small hips. For breakfast, Soyou ate a special mixed rice. 

The recipe is one and a half white rice balls, 2 konjac jelly rice balls and 3 brown rice balls. Konjac jelly is a great alternative to whole grains or pasta as it's super low in calories. 

Then, Soyou adds a sachet of konjac jelly in its whole grain form to the rice before cooking it in the rice cooker.

 While waiting for the rice to cook, Soyou did a long stretch. He says it actually helps with blood circulation and may aid digestion. 

After stretching his muscles, he enjoyed a breakfast of special rice, Seaweed soup, chicken breast and fried egg. For lunch and dinner, Soyou only ate salad.
