STAYC managed to get rid of all rookie girl groups with their debut album in order to compete for the most single album sales in 2020.
STAYC is a rookie girl band from High Up Entertainment,debuted on November 12, 2020 with an album titled "Star To A Young Culture".
Even though the STAYC album is still in its infancy, it managed to become the best-selling album in 2020 and beat all South Korean idol groups that debuted that year.
They managed to sell 21,909 copies for their debut album, despite debuting in late 2020.
