EXO's D.O. has confirmed that they will return to the big screen through a new film.
EXO's D.O. was announced that he will play the main role on the remake of a Taiwanese film "Secret" today, Monday, February 15.
"Secret" is a 2007 film starring Jay Chou and Gwei Lun Mei, and is currently one of the most popular Taiwanese films.
This film tells the story of a genius piano player who meets a woman who plays an old song in an old piano room.
D.O. will play the main character Ye Xianglun, played by Jay Chou. As for the female lead for now, it has not been verified.
Seo Yoo Min, who worked on films such as Happiness, April Snow, You Name It Love and Memories of Tomorrow, will directed the Korean version of the movie.
After being discharged from the military currently D.O. is busy shooting the movie "The Moon". Before his enlistment he had shown his acting skills through various feature films such as "Cart", "Swing Kids", "Along with the Gods", "My Annoying Brother" and many more.
In the second half of 2021, the plan to film the remake of the movie Secret will be started.
