Today (19/02), Seungri returned to attend the 10th trial at the general military court.
At this trial, the knees and the defendants were asked to show evidence of the latest case that had surfaced at the previous trial, in which Seungri threatened an employee of JYP Entertainment.
Through CCTV evidence for December 30 to 31 2015 released by the prosecution, it shows Seungri talking to a suspected victim in a drinking room.
Later, Jung Joon Young and Choi Jong Hoon also arrived at the scene and was followed by the former CEO of "Burning Sun", Yoo In Suk 10 minutes later.
Not long after Yoo In Suk's presence, 4 people suspected of being gangsters appeared. Shortly after that, the four gangsters were seen outside the building with the victim.
About 7 minutes later, the police arrived at the scene, but the 4 people who were suspected of being gangsters had no trace.
The prosecution also continued the evidence by showing the KakaoTalk message Seungri sent to his chat group the next day after the incident.
This message also includes former YG Entertainment chief producer Yang Hyun Suk and the head management of JYP Entertainment.
Meanwhile, Seungri has so far denied 8 of the 9 accusations he has received, and admitted part of the demands for illegal money transactions abroad.
