JYP Entertainment issued a warning and claimed to be taking legal action against sasaeng fans.
Last Friday, JYP Entertainment released an official statement warning individual fans who continue to infringe on the privacy of Stray Kids members.
JYP Entertainment has indeed given a warning about this since December 2020.
In their latest statement, the agency said:
“Although we have previously admitted that we will take firm action regarding cases where our artist's privacy is violated and security is threatened, there are still similar cases. that occur, such as waiting for artists outside dormitories, businesses, or salons to follow. artists when traveling for scheduled activities, trying to make physical contact, and entering dormitory doors. For this reason, the psychological suffering of our artists is worsening and they cannot even live the daily life they need ”.
“As we previously announced, for all activities that violate the personal life and privacy rights of our artists, authors will be permanently blacklisted for Stray Kids fan club activities and we will file complaints. and criminal charges at the police station, after gathering evidence by CCTV and surveillance ”.
"Our company considers the safety and rights of our artists to be a top priority, and we promise that if action prevents us from doing so, we will take firm action using all means possible, including legal action."
